Protected connections and credentials
GEKALAB uses encrypted network connections for data in transit. OAuth tokens and stored integration credentials are encrypted and access is limited to the services and authorized personnel that need them.
GEKALAB combines technical controls, operational practices, and responsible data handling to protect the customer information entrusted to our services.
OUR APPROACH
We apply safeguards appropriate to the service and the data involved. No online service can promise zero risk, so we review and improve our controls as the product and threat landscape evolve.
GEKALAB uses encrypted network connections for data in transit. OAuth tokens and stored integration credentials are encrypted and access is limited to the services and authorized personnel that need them.
Application records and knowledge retrieval are scoped to the relevant customer workspace. Role-based controls and restricted administrative access help prevent unauthorized access across workspaces.
We use protected server infrastructure, service monitoring, operational logging, and encrypted, access-controlled backups to support availability, investigation, and recovery.
Google, Microsoft, e-mail, AI, payment, and other integrations are used only when required by the features a customer configures. Providers receive the information reasonably necessary to perform that service.
